To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PITL and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to PITL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PITL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice within the Services.
